
ZHIFU return and exchange service
If you need return or exchange service, you can contact ZHIFU Customer Care Center (4006320032) within 7 days from the date of receipt.
I .Instructions for returns and exchanges
1. Please contact the Customer Care Center to obtain a return/exchange form and follow the return/exchange process.
2. We will refund the payment by returning the goods via the original route within 7 days after receiving the return, but only if the returned work meets Zhifu's quality management and testing requirements.
3. If you need to exchange goods and there is a price difference between the two works, ZHIFU will refund the difference to you or require you to pay the difference, but only if the work to be exchanged meets the exchange conditions.
4. When applying for an exchange, the original sales order should be canceled and a new order should be created for the work to be exchanged.
II.Return and exchange process
1. Contact the Customer Care Center to obtain a printout of the return and exchange form, fill in the information and sign as required;
2. Attach the completed return and exchange form together with ZHIFU works, accessories, service guides (including ZHIFU International Warranty Card), and invoices (if any) and all other documents must be placed in the original packaging box and delivery package used by Zhifu and packed and sealed.
3. ZHIFU will arrange SF Express to provide door-to-door pickup service free of charge. Please do not send back the work by yourself. If the work is lost or other accident occurs when you send it back by yourself, ZHIFU will not be held responsible.
4. When ZHIFU receives returns or exchanges, it will check whether the works meet the conditions for return or exchange.
III.Return and exchange conditions
1. ZHIFU works must be returned or replaced in new and unused condition.
2. If the work you receive has an anti-counterfeiting label, please do not cut or remove the anti-counterfeiting label when returning or exchanging the goods.
3. Personalized and customized ZHIFU works cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Please return the original packaging box and delivery package of ZHIFU at the same time, including all accessories and documents.
5. All returns and exchanges must undergo ZHIFU strict quality control (QC) testing. Refunds or exchanges will only be made if they meet the quality control (QC) standards.
6. If the above return and exchange procedures and conditions are not met, ZHIFU has the right to refuse to accept the returned or exchanged work and return it to the consumer. The corresponding costs shall be borne by the consumer himself.
