Ⅰ. General Provisions
       These sales terms apply only to sales made through the Customer Care Center or the website. Orders can be placed through:
       1. Contacting ZHIFU's Customer Care Center by phone: 400-632-0032.
       2. Ordering online through the ZHIFU website at www.zhifujewelry.com.
       Sales conducted through ZHIFU boutiques, ZHIFU "One-Stop" brand stores, or authorized distributors are not bound by these sales terms.  
       ZHIFU reserves the right to amend these sales terms. These terms will take effect as soon as you place an order through the website or Customer Care Center.
 Ⅱ. Purchasing Eligibility
       To place an order through the Customer Care Center or the website, you must meet the following conditions:
       1. Be an adult of legal age (18 years or older).
       2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
       3. Reside in the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).
If you are under legal age or otherwise unable to enter into a contract, your parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf and agree to these sales terms. Any order placed in violation of this rule will be invalid.
Ⅲ. Product Availability and Quantity
       All orders placed through the Customer Care Center or website are subject to ZHIFU's product availability and must be accepted by ZHIFU. If we are unable to supply the product after reasonable effort or if we believe that an order violates these sales terms, we reserve the right to reject the order.
       ZHIFU reserves the right to modify the product selection on the website or at the Customer Care Center, and may limit the quantity of products a customer can purchase during a single transaction. Each order is limited to a maximum of 10 different items or 10 identical items per purchase.
 Ⅳ. Account Registration and Personal Information
       To purchase products through the Customer Care Center or the website, you must create a ZHIFU online account. You are required to provide up-to-date personal information, such as your full name, phone number, and email address, confirm that you are of legal age, and agree to our privacy policy.
       Please keep your password and account login information secure and confidential. ZHIFU is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. If ZHIFU suspects that a third party has stolen your registration information, password, or account, ZHIFU reserves the right to cancel and terminate the account, notifying you by email or phone.
       We may periodically modify information or registration requirements to accommodate new orders, and the website will post such changes.
       If your personal information changes, please log in to your account to update it or contact ZHIFU by phone.
Ⅴ. Personalization Services
       Personalization services (such as engraving or embossing) or other customization services are available for select ZHIFU products. If you wish to personalize a ZHIFU product, please provide detailed information as required in the sales channel.
       We reserve the right to refuse an order if the personalization or any accompanying message includes inappropriate, illegal, or policy-violating language. Please ensure that all text you provide for personalization is accurate.
       Additionally, personalized product orders cannot be canceled. According to these sales terms, any personalized or customized products are not eligible for exchange or refund. This does not affect your consumer rights.
Ⅵ. Orders
       All product information displayed on the website is provided to assist you in placing an order. Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
       When placing an order by phone through the Customer Care Center (phone number provided on the website), you must provide accurate personal information, such as your shipping address and payment details.
       ZHIFU reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate an order at any time for legitimate reasons. This may include persistent payment disputes related to previous orders or if there is reason to believe the order violates these sales terms, such as containing offensive or illegal statements.
Ⅶ. Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping Fees
       Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the website or quoted by the Customer Care Center are in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and include VAT but exclude shipping fees and other taxes.
       ZHIFU reserves the right to modify prices and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. Updated prices apply to orders placed through the Customer Care Center or the website. All descriptions of precious metal weight, number of gemstones, and carat values are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
       ZHIFU will cover the shipping fees for customer orders.
Ⅷ. Customer Review and Order Confirmation
       Before submitting an order through the Customer Care Center or website, you should carefully review all details, including but not limited to specific information for each transaction. These details will be provided through the order summary on the website or by a ZHIFU advisor (if placing the order via the Customer Care Center).
       After thoroughly reviewing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the published sales terms. Your order submission will be subject to these terms.
Ⅸ. Payment
       1. Payment via Third-Party Providers:  
       Your ZHIFU order will include a link to a third-party payment provider (such as Alipay or WeChat Pay) to facilitate payment.
       Please complete the payment within 72 hours, or the order will be automatically canceled.
       All payment methods are subject to verification and authorization by the third-party payment provider.
       2. Security:  
       ZHIFU will take care to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. ZHIFU uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all web pages collecting personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that data submitted to the website will be completely secure and free from external breaches. We are not responsible for any damage or loss arising from the use of the internet, such as losses caused by hacking activities.
Ⅹ. Order Delivery
       When placing an order on the website or through the Customer Care Center, you will be asked to provide a delivery address.  
       ZHIFU accepts orders for delivery to most major areas within mainland China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and certain addresses such as PO boxes, military zones, or hotels.  
       Refer to the website or contact the Customer Care Center for details on delivery cities, shipping fees, and estimated delivery times.  
       Shipping fees (if applicable) will be included in the price of the product.  
       Each package will contain the purchased ZHIFU product along with all relevant accessories and service guides.  
       Registered users can track their shipment by checking the "My Account" page on the website or by contacting the Customer Care Center.  
       We will require you, or an adult representing you, to sign for each delivered ZHIFU product. After delivery, responsibility for the product passes to you.
Ⅺ. Invoices
       When ordering products through the website or Customer Care Center, if you select an electronic invoice, please provide a correct email address for receipt of the invoice.  
       If you require a tax-deductible VAT invoice, you must contact the Customer Care Center, provide the necessary documents, and pay via a business-to-business bank transfer.
Ⅻ. Return Policy
       1. Customer Rights to Refund or Exchange  
        If you need a return or exchange, please contact ZHIFU's Customer Care Center (400-632-0032) within 7 days of receipt of the product.
       2. Return and Exchange Guidelines
       a. Contact the Customer Care Center to obtain a return/exchange form and follow the return process.  
       b. Upon receiving the returned product, ZHIFU will refund the purchase price within 7 days using the original payment method, provided the product passes quality management inspections.  
       c. If exchanging products and there is a price difference, ZHIFU will refund or charge the difference accordingly, provided the product meets the exchange conditions.  
       d. When requesting an exchange, the original sales order must be canceled, and a new order created for the exchange product.
       3. Return and Exchange Process
       a. Contact the Customer Care Center to obtain a printed return/exchange form, complete the form with the required information, and sign it.  
        b. Pack the completed form along with the ZHIFU product, accessories, service guides, invoice (if applicable), and all other documents into the original packaging and shipment box, then seal it.  
        c. ZHIFU will arrange for free pick-up via SF Express. Do not return products on your own, as ZHIFU is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from self-shipment.  
        d. ZHIFU will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets return/exchange conditions.
       4. Return and Exchange Conditions
       a. ZHIFU products must be returned or exchanged in new, unused condition.  
       b. If the product includes a security tag, it must not be cut or removed during the return or exchange process.  
       c. Personalized ZHIFU products cannot be returned or exchanged.  
       d. Please return the original packaging and shipping box, along with all accessories and documents.  
       e. All returns and exchanges are subject to ZHIFU's strict quality management (QC) inspections, and only products meeting QC standards will be eligible for a refund or exchange.  
       f. If the return or exchange does not comply with the above process and conditions, ZHIFU reserves the right to refuse the returned product and return it to the consumer, with the consumer responsible for related costs.
XIII. Manufacturer’s Warranty
       ZHIFU takes great care to ensure that each product meets our high-quality standards and has passed all technical and aesthetic inspections.
XIV. Free Services
       The following free services are available through sales channels:
       1. Gift Box and Packaging  
       Every order comes with a ZHIFU gift box and shopping bag (if applicable).  
       2. Engraving/Embossing  
       Engraving and embossing services are available for select ZHIFU products. If you wish to personalize your ZHIFU product, please provide detailed information at the time of purchase. Personalized products cannot be canceled or returned. See our return policy for more details.  
       3. Cleaning  
       Customers are entitled to two free cleanings per year. Shipping and insurance costs related to cleaning are the customer's responsibility.  
       4. Gift Card Message  
       You can add a personalized message to your order, which will be printed on a gift card and included with the package. If ZHIFU deems the message offensive or inappropriate, ZHIFU reserves the right to refuse the gift card service.
XV. Repairs
       If a product purchased online requires repairs, please contact our Customer Care Center (contact information available on the website).
XVI. Pricing Accuracy and Product Descriptions
       We make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, photos, and images of ZHIFU products on the website or in catalogs are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information is entirely free from errors due to inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated content. In such cases, you may return the product following our return policy.
XVII. Final Provisions
       If you have any requests or complaints, please contact the Customer Care Center using the phone number or email address provided on the website.  
       These sales terms, including the policies contained herein (such as the privacy policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and ZHIFU concerning your purchase through the Customer Care Center or the website. These terms supersede any previous sales terms.  
       If any provision of these sales terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the provision will be invalid only to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
XVIII. Governing Law
       Any disputes related to these sales terms will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and will be submitted to the courts in Xiamen.
XIX Jurisdiction
       Any disputes arising from or related to these sales terms will be submitted to the Xiamen courts. Both ZHIFU and the customer will make reasonable efforts to amicably resolve any disputes within 30 days before pursuing legal action.
